First unit was dented and they didn't even bring on delivery date. We had to contact Samsung to get a replacement and after 9 days we received the second one, which did all the functions but DID NOT HEAT! Samsung didn't want to replace even though it arrived like this. It took 3 visits, almost 3 weeks and they had to order 3 different parts because apparently they didn't even know how to fix, and the company still kept denying the replacement. Now I have a refurbished microwave that has been opened several times. Reviews have been declined. Don't recommend product or support.

great look and features. my only dislike is that the display doesn't light up so it is hard to read the various options in the evening. otherwise totally happy with this microwave.

the microwave looks great, but has major design flaws preventing you from using the microwave heat\cook function if you set a timer. who would ever want a microwave with a timer function that prevents you from using the microwave to cook? additionally, the fan speeds (used to vent because this is an over the range microwave) slows to a crawl as soon as you use the microwave cook feature, and doesn't even speed back up after cooking is complete. this too seems to me like a major design flaw if the microwave doesn't have enough power to run the vent fan and cook at the same time.
the touch panel printed buttons are off from the activation point, and has "cracking" sounds like broken plastic underneath. i expect a short life from this microwave (currently 1 month old).

bought december 1st and quit working on january 14th. after cooking baked potatoes the microwave would not power. now the microwave does not heat. checked all the trouble shooting tips. tried to make a service request online through samsung and got a message that they do not service my area and to call 1-800 number. they make it very inconvenient to get assistantance on a brand new appliance.

First one arrived damaged and was replaced with no issues, although it took 3 weeks.
So far it works great. We I wouldn't consider it an upgrade over the Maytag it replaced(for cosmetic reasons), but it does match perfect with the other Samsung appliances which was the goal. All the functions work fine but you still have to be careful with the popcorn.

We've had this microwave for a couple months now and it works great. Heats/cooks food well. The only complaint I have is it doesn't keep time. You set the clock and within a day it shows behind time. It does have an eco feature that allows the clock to be turned off, so that is my remedy. Otherwise, the microwave and all it functions are great!

I bought this in December of 2020. We didn't get it delivered until June of 2021. I am pretty much satisfied with it. I miss the fact that it doesn't have a night light like my old microwave that you could set to go off and on at a certain time.

Samsung appliances are HORRIBLE and Samsung refuses to stand by them, even under warranty. This microwave stopped working in 5 days. The letter and numbering on the stove that I bought with this microwave have come off and the knobs are peeling. Samsung acknowledges that it was a defect but refused to fix it because they deemed it cosmetic. Plus, they give you the run around when you contact them. Save yourself the headache and buy something else.

No issues since purchasing it. It fit like a glove into the existing space. I just wish the user manual was more detailed on how to setup all the options, but it was intuitive enough that we were able to quickly figure out what the manual was lacking. We did laugh a lot reading several of the 2 star and below reviews. It's a microwave, you have to be in front of it to open and close the door, why would it need a feature for you to be able to give it voice commands???

This thing is great. It does everything and more than we need it to. However, the handle of the door broke off and needs to be replaced after about 10 months of use. It was under warranty and was easy to have replaced, but otherwise we love this microwave.
