I bought my LG oven a year ago and it works great I love the low profile cooktop large center burner and the ultra heat and simmer burners. I have used the air fry feature a couple of times and it works well. The cooktop and front are easy to wipe clean and the blue interior is a fun addition to the inside of the oven. The cleaning cycle also works great.

We received delivery in July This is one of the most beautiful stoves we have ever owned And thats where it ends range top is a royal pain to clean We have tried several products recommended by LG none are any better Next the cast iron grates no matter how careful you are they will scratch the range top The elastic time clock always runs at least 20 minutes behind time.The burner caps have discolored along with the knobs One last thing look for something else

She said she would send the part. The second and third time they both were horrible. Terrible. Im returning my range.

I bought this on January 4 2023 and received it about February 16th. I do not like gas stoves/range. I bought it because I own a condo in a complex that uses only gas stoves. On a daily basis I use electric cook wares such as Ninjas and Instant Pot. I used it only once to make a large omelet for my family who was visiting using a nice smooth bottom cookware. Some of it spilled on the front left burner cover. I soaked the burner cover in dish soap then proceeded to wash it and the outer part of the cover in the middle peeled off. I think I got a lemon. It shouldnt have been so easy for the surface to come off. I had to jump hurdles to get a replacement from LG. Staff dont know their left side from their right side so I got the wrong burner cover and still waiting for the right one. In addition the burner grates can only be washed because if one uses a sponge or a dishcloth to clean them they leave remnants on them. Also whats the purpose of the rear filler apart from catching crumbs that fly from other places such as from the microwave convection oven or from food prep if you cannot clean inside of it So annoying I havent used the oven as yet and Im not looking forward to it. Finally please put the serial numbers in places that are easily accessible. You had me lying on the floor and looking up to find it and your staff was not too nice and tortured me to look again because he did not believe me when I told him that its the serial number. I should have stuck with what I had in the past. On that same day I had also bought LG dishwasher LG refrigerator and LG microwave convection oven.

Had this oven for about 6 weeks. Stove top is very powerful and cools fast. Love all the over features. Air fry takes longer than expected but still does the job. Control panel is a little sensitive but have gotten used to it.

This brand new LG gas range came with an internal gas leak. i reported this very dangerous defeat to LG customer support within 48 hours. to date they have yet to honor their policy of replacing or refunding the cost of the defective gas range. instead they want their brand new gas repaired in the field months currently 25 July 2023 after purchase. LGs technician required me to sign a waiver allowing him to damage the range while he works on it.

I have bought this 7 months ago. So far no complains except that when cleaning the knobs you have to be careful to not scrape it too hard the lettering on it is not the greatest quality but I have contacted LG for a replacement set of knobs and got one no questions asked so definitely recommend

Works well. The only reason we knocked off a star is I am supposed to be able to scan food products and it automatically sets the oven temp and time. But every product we scanned came up with a message that the product is not recognized. Too bad. That feature would have been useful.

My wife absolutely loves this SMART GAS RANGE Its easy to use and has more capabilities than any stove range weve ever owned. one of the most beneficial features has to be the air fryer convection oven. When we reheat fried or deep-fried foods from a restaurant that we may have taken home the food is nearly the same as it was when it was initially served. Thats pretty remarkable.

Installed stove in December. Love the stove but the door has rust spots where the blue coating is missing. Contacted LG no less than 8 times trying to get a new door and given different information every time. I truly expected better from LG. I only want a brand new expensive appliance to be defect free. Appliances are greatl as long as you dont have an issue and have to get LG involved.

We are happy with our LG range except for the display screen. The words are not back lit and not printed with a high gloss white color so it is very difficult to read the words. For such a sophisticated range and price it should be back lit or the words should be legible without having to shine a light on it. The symbol fo the Wi-Fi which is not necessary to be seen is lit but not the up/down or light or etc. symbols and words that are used repeatedly with every use. Lower cost ranges do not have this problem It was also not displayed as such in some of the marketing brochure. Not happy

Bought this unit brand new. Turned on the gas burners and they worked fine. Went to try and turn on the oven on Thanksgiving and the oven didnt work and started to smoke. Shared it with LG and they said they want to come out and try and rebuild the oven instead of replacing it. If I would have wanted a rebuilt oven I would have saved money and bought one rather than forking out hundreds of dollars for a new one. And I will also mention that I bought 3 LG appliances as a bundle. 1 of the 3 appliances worked when delivered. TERRIBLE products and TERRIBLE customer service. And good luck trying to find a rep to even answer your questions.

We have had this for about a month now and it works great. The front two burner work really well for heating things up fast. My only complaint is that the air fryer function doesnt work the same as a counter top one. But I think its just trail and error to get that part dialed in. Also it looks great and cleans really easily.

The way the burner grates are positioned makes it impossible to use the middle burner and/or grill pan and side burners at the same time. Big disappointment Also must remove grill plate to use the burners on each side. Horrible design Customer service not responsive. Promised a return call from customer liaison department 3 times.
